The OTR can be fitted using simple hand tools in around 45mins & the kit comes with the K&N filter and all parts required for fitment. This specially designed kit is simple for any DIY enthusiast to install and requires no drilling of the vehicle's bodywork or even the kit itself. We have seen gains in standard vehicles of 7rwkw depending on supporting modifications. This intake can be installed without a tune; given the factory air flow meter is retained. The factory intake is very limiting, as the engine must draw in air through the 90 degrees curved intake pipe, turbulence generating air box and restrictive paper panel filter. The intake is designed in such a way in order to limit noise but, unfortunately, lowers the volumetric efficiency of the engine hence robbing it of power. Not only will this OTR cold air intake kit result in an instantaneous power increase, but it will also supplement and bring the best out of future modifications. There is:

Saab 9-2, just a pipe dream?
Fri, 09 Apr 2010The Web is lit up today with stories of an upcoming Saab 9-2 because Spyker CEO and Saab owner Victor Muller evidently has sketched what he sees as a new small Saab. It could be a pipe dream, but Muller insists the Swedish automaker really wants it to happen. Muller has been quoted as calling it "a small car, a quirky car, a Saab in the truest sense of the word." Muller said the car would be a small front-drive hatch, a little bigger than a Mini.

Tue, 10 Jun 2014Lotus Exige LF1 Limited Edition – one for every Lotus F1 victory It’s a nice idea to build a limited edition car – the Lotus Exige LF1 – to celebrate very one of the 81 victories Lotus has enjoyed in F1, but it does make you wonder if Lotus has done it because they’re never likely to win again (and if they do, do they produce another LF1?). Still, Lotus has pulled out the icon JPS livery for the Lotus Exige S (from the days cigarettes could be advertised) to give the LF1 a pretty paint job of black and gold (with added red bits) including a black and gold Lotus badge up front and a contrast stitched interior with F1 logos on the seats. Also interesting is that each car will receive a plaque commemorating each individual victory, from the 1960 win at Monaco with Stirling Moss behind the wheel to the last in Australia in 2013 with Kimi Raikkonen.

Thu, 05 Jan 2012Renault's budget brand, Dacia, is set to further its position as Europe's fastest growing automotive manufacturer with the introduction of the Lodgy. The five- or seven-seat MPV will be introduced at the forthcoming Geneva motorshow and promises to offer the brand's trademark qualities of value for money and robustness. Externally, there are visual links between the Lodgy and the products of its parent company, with the car sharing a similar silhouette to the Grand Scenic.
